  1. Stop by Cole’s Market and ask for a cut of Gary’s Steak
  2. Bring steak to room temperature
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium to high heat & lightly oil grate
  4. Cook steak one side until the flame produces a nice sear then flip over and sear the other side.
  5. When both sides are sear to your liking. open the ties and place the middle on the grill
  6. Cook for just a few minute or to your finished preference

1/4 cup  butter, or to taste

  1. Pour the water into a large pot, and stir the sugar and 1/2 cup salt together until dissolved. Place the ears of corn into the pot, and allow to soak at least 30 minutes but no longer than 8 hours.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Remove the corn from the soak and grill the ears, turning every 2 to 3 minutes to cook the kernels on all sides. Brush the grilled corn with butter, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Every oven, stove top & grill cooks differently. Please be sure to not over or under cook your meats, check all meats for proper temperature.
